How to have your data deleted. Last updated: 19 October 2026

Restaurants

To delete your AIOLI account and all its data:

1. Email hello@getaioli.ai from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my data”.
2. We confirm the request by email, and we may ask you to confirm it is really you.
3. We delete your account, your connected accounts' data, your guests' data and your content within 30 days. We then send you a confirmation. We keep only invoices and the records that tax law requires.

Removing AIOLI from Instagram

1. In the Instagram app, open your profile and go to Settings and activity.
2. Open Website permissions → Apps and websites.
3. Find AIOLI under Active and tap Remove.

AIOLI then loses access straight away. We delete the data we received from that Instagram account within 30 days. If you want this sooner, or want written confirmation, email us as above.

Removing AIOLI from Google

Go to myaccount.google.com/connections, choose AIOLI and select Delete all connections you have with AIOLI. We then delete the data we received from that Google account within 30 days.

Guests of a restaurant

If you called, wrote to or booked with a restaurant that uses AIOLI, you can ask that restaurant to delete your data. Or email hello@getaioli.ai with the name of the restaurant and the phone number, email or Instagram username you used. We pass the request to the restaurant, delete your data within 30 days, and tell you when it is done.
