Terms of Service
Who we are
AIOLI is run by Arsalan Korkchi, Avenida Litoral 3, 29689 Estepona (Málaga), Spain.
Email: hello@getaioli.ai
1. These terms
These terms apply when a business ("you", the restaurant) uses AIOLI: the website getaioli.ai, the AIOLI app and its services. AIOLI is for businesses only, not for consumers. If you sign an order with us, the order and these terms together make up our agreement. If they conflict, the order wins.
2. What AIOLI does
AIOLI answers the calls your restaurant misses, replies to messages, takes and manages bookings, answers reviews, makes posts and ads from your photos, and keeps your Google and Instagram details up to date. We may also build and host a new website for you, if your order includes it. Some features are new and are offered during a pilot. We will tell you which ones, and we may change or improve them over time.
3. Your accounts and connections
- You connect your own accounts (for example Instagram, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp and your phone line) by signing in and allowing access yourself. You confirm that you have the right to connect them.
- By connecting an account, you allow AIOLI to act on it for you, but only for the features you use. You can remove that access at any time in that platform's settings or by writing to us.
- The platforms' own terms still apply (for example Meta's and Google's). If a platform changes or limits its service, a feature that depends on it may change too.
- Keep your AIOLI login private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give AIOLI correct information about your restaurant, such as opening hours, menus, prices and booking rules, and keep it current.
- Only upload photos and content that you own or have the right to use.
- Use AIOLI lawfully, including the rules on marketing, consumer protection and data protection. For example, only send marketing to guests who agreed to receive it.
- Tell your guests, in your own privacy notice, that you use AIOLI to answer and book.
5. AI and what it produces
AIOLI uses artificial intelligence, and people talking or writing to it are told so. AI can make mistakes. We design AIOLI to stay within the information and rules you give it, and to pass anything it can't handle to your team. You can see, change or stop its replies, posts and ads at any time. Nothing is published as an ad without your approval.
6. Your content
Your photos, texts, menus and guest data stay yours. You allow us to use them only to provide AIOLI to you. Ads, posts and texts that AIOLI makes for you are yours to use. We may describe in general terms that your restaurant uses AIOLI only if you agree.
7. Data protection
For your guests' data, you are the controller and we are your processor. We handle it only on your instructions and under our Privacy Policy and the data processing terms in your order, which follow Article 28 GDPR.
8. Fees, term and payment
- The price, start date and minimum period are set out in your order. Prices do not include VAT.
- The monthly fee is charged in advance. A one-time website fee is charged as agreed in the order.
- If a payment fails, we send reminders and give you 14 days to pay. After that we may pause AIOLI until the payment is made. Pausing does not delete your data.
- After the minimum period, the service continues month to month. Either side can then end it with 30 days' notice by email.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep AIOLI available at all times, but we can't promise that it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or an outage at a provider. Write to hello@getaioli.ai for help.
10. Liability
We are responsible for providing AIOLI with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost bookings, or for the acts of platforms like Meta and Google. Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud or wilful misconduct.
11. Ending the service
Either side may end the agreement straight away if the other seriously breaks these terms and does not fix it within 14 days of being told. When the agreement ends, you can ask for a copy of your data within 30 days. After that we delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies.
13. Law and courts
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute goes to the courts of Málaga, Spain.
